What you’ll do:
As the Gas Bar Supervisor, you will ensure exceptional customer service and support daily operations. You will oversee the planning and execution of activities to ensure the gas bar operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
Supervise the arrangement and presentation of products to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock rotation, and address out-of-stock situations.
Provide training and support to staff on customer service and operational workflows.
Ensure a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Operations and:
You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You have 1–2 years of experience in convenience store or similar store setting with some Supervisory or Leadership Experience or a similar leadership role.
You possess an extensive knowledge of the Store Point POS
Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, opening (5:30am), and closing(9:30pm) shifts.
You’re familiar with inventory management and merchandising standards.
You’re honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
