As a key partner to the operational finance team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing product cost structures, while enhancing costing tools and processes that support decision-making and profitability. Salary range 005: 82 600$ à 103 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position). What’s involved in this role: Work closely with plant finance, R&D, distribution, and commercial teams to develop costing simulations, analyze distribution costs, and recommend optimal recipes based on profitability. Standardize processes for updating costing in SAP, define assumptions based on operational realities, analyze cost variances, and clearly explain business impacts. Ensure data integrity across integrated systems, create and modify formulas, monitor recipe configurations, and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) as needed. Identify and implement process improvements based on operational evolution, ERP enhancements, and strategic opportunities. Serve as the finance point of contact to explain cost impacts, simplify complex concepts, and ensure clear communication of costing methods and assumptions to stakeholders. What you need to join our team: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA designation is an asset. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, finance, or cost accounting. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an asset. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, autonomy, curiosity, and ability to meet deadlines.
