What’s involved in this role: Responsible for the creation and modification of commercial agreements and their follow-up. Responsible for the creation and modification of temporary discounts for various clients. Responsible for managing client price lists (creation, modifications, and problem resolution related to them). Responsible for check requisitions for clients and performing discount calculations to send payment proofs to clients. Supports account directors in the analysis and classification of deductions. Collaborates with colleagues to promote teamwork. Acts as a liaison and works in partnership with other relevant groups (master file, sales, credit, finance, logistics, telesales, and customer service) to resolve any issues promptly. Actively participates in the continuous improvement process by proactively identifying any issues and processes that could be improved and revised. All other tasks inherent to the position. What you need to join our team: Bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant discipline would be an asset. Experience in a similar position: an asset. Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written) required.
