En tant que Conseiller(ère) en Intégration, vous assurerez le support et la maintenance du système Ariel pour l'administration des régimes de retraite. Le rôle combine des aspects techniques et relationnels, impliquant la configuration du système, la résolution de problèmes et la collaboration avec différentes équipes au Canada et aux États-Unis. Vous mettrez à profit vos connaissances en actuariat ou en finance pour analyser les demandes de changements, guider les équipes d'administration et contribuer à l'amélioration continue du système, le tout dans un environnement de travail bilingue. Responsabilités Estimer et analyser les diverses demandes de changements reçues de la part des équipes d’administration de régimes de retraite; Être en mesure de guider les équipes d’administration dans la recherche de solutions lorsque celles-ci ne se trouvent pas au niveau de la configuration du logiciel Ariel; Configurer le logiciel Ariel en fonction des particularités des régimes de retraite des divers clients canadiens et américains; Assurer, une fois les demandes de changements livrées, un service à la clientèle auprès des équipes d’administration; Participer à des projets d’améliorations internes afin d’assurer une gestion efficace du logiciel Ariel; Répondre aux questions des équipes d’administration que nous recevons dans une boîte courriel partagée; Collaborer au développement du logiciel Ariel en apportant des suggestions d’améliorations à l’équipe responsable. Requis Détenir un diplôme universitaire en actuariat, en mathématiques, en statistique ou en finance; Détenir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en régimes de retraite; Avoir de la facilité à comprendre et à utiliser les technologies informatiques courantes; Être reconnu, entre autres, pour son esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, son sens de l’organisation et sa flexibilité en termes de gestion de projets multiples; Avoir un bon sens de l’initiative et maîtriser la résolution de problèmes; Être capable de travailler à la fois en équipe et de façon autonome; Établir les priorités et respecter des échéanciers; Être bilingue en français et en anglais.
