Your Role
While we all collaborate to provide services and hospitality to our team members and clients, we all play different roles to make this happen. You’ll contribute by:
You’ll be assisting various pharmacy locations enter and process prescriptions in an accurate and timely manner
You’ll be assisting various pharmacy locations answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients any way you can.
You’ll support questions form pharmacy teams and clients regarding third party billing requiring additional investigation and follow-up
You’ll provide exceptional client care by responding to client calls to the pharmacies and ensuring that service is maintained at levels above industry standards
Actively set clients up with their Care Plan, Auto Fill and all other organization standards.
Setting appointments for eligible pharmacy services
You’ll support various pharmacy initiatives, clinics, program rollouts, and project implementation in coordination with the Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Solutions
You’ll demonstrate a professional work ethic, ensuring confidentiality of client records and medical information.
You’ll contribute to promoting a positive, friendly, safe, and healthy environment for all team members and clients.
The Shared Dispensary Services team offers remote support to our locations
Working collaboratively with Managers, Pharmacists, Operations Support Specialist, Operations Manager and Pharmacy Team Members.
Daily turning on and off of the Phone Queues as needed.
Daily remote data entry support
Daily remote phone support
Providing ad hoc support to locations when needed
Assisting with monitoring project implementation as assigned
Addressing questions and concerns from clients
Communicating effectively with all team members
Providing client care that is above industry standards.
Processing Central Fill prescriptions in partnership with other Senior Pharmacy Support Specialist(s) and onsite dispensary teams.
Participating in team meetings PRN (Virtual training, Prescribe IT, scheduled touchpoints…)
Must maintain professional work ethic, ensuring confidentiality of client records and medical information.
Contributes to promoting a positive, friendly, safe, and healthy environment for all staff and clients.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
