About the Role: At Remitly, we're on a mission to simplify global transactions while upholding the highest standards of compliance and trust. As a Senior Product Manager Compliance Reporting, you will lead the development of our compliance reporting, ensuring our platform meets global regulatory requirements with efficiency and scalability. This role is integral to maintaining trust with customers and stakeholders while supporting the company's rapid growth. In this position, you will define the strategy, drive development, and oversee the execution of innovative compliance reporting solutions. Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams, you will build tools and processes that automate operational workflows, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiency in compliance efforts. Your work will enable the business to meet regulatory standards effectively while creating a platform that grows alongside our global ambitions. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product and work in a hybrid setting from our Vancouver office. You Will: Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for regulatory and compliance reporting across multiple regions and jurisdictions. Work with stakeholders to prioritise geo-specific reporting requirements based on risk, regulatory timelines, and business impact. Partner with engineering, data, legal, and compliance teams to design and deliver scalable, automated reporting solutions. Identify opportunities to centralize and standardize reporting capabilities across regions. Champion automation efforts to reduce manual processes and improve reporting accuracy. You Have: 5+ years of product management experience. Experience in financial services, risk, or compliance is a plus. Familiarity with data pipelines, reporting tools, and building data-intensive products or platforms. Strong empathy for cross-functional stakeholders. Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and communicating trade-offs. Experience driving complex, cross-functional projects from creation to delivery, with a focus on operational excellence. Ability to distill and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, aligning stakeholders on decisions. Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is CAD$128,000 - CAD$160,000. In Canada, Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
