Summary: Do you enjoy working from the comfort of your home but sometimes crave change and adrenaline? This position offers the best of both worlds. Reporting to the Regional Director of Post-Trauma Support Services, you will respond to calls from clients needing support following a traumatic event, plan post-trauma interventions, and handle administrative procedures. You will also travel to locations to provide interventions such as debriefing, defusing, or support following mass layoffs or restructurings when necessary. Your Responsibilities: Conduct a preliminary assessment of the situation at the workplace and provide coaching and support to managers; Implement post-trauma interventions by interacting with internal and external clients, as well as affiliated professionals; Offer supervision and consultation to interveners when requested; Manage the administrative needs of post-trauma support services; Occasionally travel to locations to provide debriefing, defusing, or support interventions following mass layoffs or restructuring. Desired Profile: A Master's/Doctorate in the field of mental health and/or human relationships; Hold the title of psychologist, psychotherapist, social worker, psychoeducator, or sexologist; Be a member in good standing with your professional order in Quebec; A minimum of three years of clinical experience; Training in stress management in crisis situations (CISM) and/or certification in EMDR; Crisis management skills and the ability to provide solutions to clients; Excellent skills in group interventions and oral communication; Good knowledge of various work environments and organizational settings; Ability to work flexible shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM during the week; Ability to demonstrate creativity and flexibility in unforeseen and unusual situations.
