This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Support Toronto Branch Management on office reporting and clerical duties. Plan and execute monthly department meetings, luncheons and company events for 500+ employees. Collect and organize data to write memos and reports. Maintain and update documentation, project tracking and meeting minutes. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of administrative / clerical experience, utilizing Microsoft Office programs and managing calendars. Adaptable with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
