We currently have an opportunity for a Costing Analyst in our Winnipeg office. The Costing Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales team in developing quotes and sales contracts, preparing reporting and maintaining and updating sales contracts. Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain contract & program components with in-house contract/trade management systems Respond to pricing requests, sales program changes, contract balance inquiries, contract renewal requests and freight cost inquiries Assist sales with developing pricing quotes, contracts and/or promotional events for customers by ensuring accuracy of costs and resulting margins are aligned with expectations and sales strategy Work closely with internal sales managers and external sales brokers to strategically manage Richardson Brands to assist in business decisions Assist in managing the administration of customer deductions against sales programs and contract volumes Prepare and distribute sales reporting to assist management of the business Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Business, or equivalent work experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an analytical, finance, or business support role Advanced Excel skills and experience with an ERP or costing software an asset Demonstrate above average attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the CPG or food service industry also an asset Richardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.
