Are you a seasoned 309A-licensed electrician who thrives on complex service work in institutional, commercial, and industrial (ICI) environments? We're looking for a top-tier professional to lead by example—someone comfortable troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and small-scale new electrical installations.
As our Technical Team Lead, you'll split your time between hands-on service work and mentoring others. Your deep experience in diagnostics, code compliance, and high-stakes problem-solving will be essential in guiding our team to deliver safe, high-quality service. You'll be the go-to expert for complex issues and play a critical role in raising the technical bar through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and on-site support.
If you're at the top of your trade, take pride in teaching others, and enjoy solving problems in dynamic, real-world settings—this role is built for you.
Kraun drives for results, takes pride in our professionalism, and values the people on our team. We love that we are good at what we do, and who we work alongside each day is critically important.
