Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together As an Implementation Analyst, you play a crucial role in providing analytical and technical support to clients, plan members and the Administration team. You will assist with the successful implementation and maintenance of pension administration systems and processes. You work closely with clients, pension administrators, and internal stakeholders to understand the unique requirements of pension plans and ensure that the system configurations align with regulatory guidelines and our client needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system functionalities to meet the evolving needs of our clients. What you'll do: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Assist with configuring ARIEL ® basic plan parameters and test calculation results, as required. Implement and configure software solutions according to client needs. Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful implementation. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference. Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures. You have: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Additional course work in pension administration or mathematics is a plus Experience in software implementation, configuration, testing and support Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. What you bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have Familiarity with Ariel ® , or other business software systems. Experience working with Excel and Access VBA is a plus. Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
