Your Key Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.
Generate and analyze production performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Responsible for the technical closing of production orders
Interfaces with production, planners and controlling to identify and correct errors
Run production order cockpit and closing reports
Verify and correct errors on production orders
Keeping inventory accurate by following cycle count process
Run variance reports
Track KPIs related to production orders and inventory system
Analyze cause of errors and determine ways to reduce errors in closing
Escalate errors to Master Planner and Production Management
Alignment of goals and tasks with manager to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix
Support and adherence to local, regional and global KPIs for example: Delivery reliability, Past Dues, Inventory DOH, Logistics Cost, Premium freight, Planning attainment.
Your Qualifications
Post-secondary educational institution in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management program or similar degree
Solid knowledge of computer applications and software
Strong knowledge and skills in MS Excel
Ease at math and problem solving.
Some flexibility with working hours
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge and practical experience in SAP
Consistent and effective planning abilities
Disciplined, organized and attentive to detail
