What you’ll do:
Team Development: Regularly evaluate, support, train, and coach team members on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques, and operating procedures.
Collaboration with District Manager: Partner with the District Manager to document conversations, create performance improvement plans, and manage corrective action processes.
Talent Development: Foster in-store talent and identify future leaders by promoting internal team members.
Operational Excellence: Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
What it takes:
2-5 years of proven store management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
Track record in maintaining operational excellence, including analyzing KPIs, scheduling, and inventory management.
Demonstrated ability in recruiting, developing talent, and mentoring team members.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points: Experience with opening new stores and a background in visual merchandising.
