We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge on our compliance products—a key area of growth for us. This is a new role that sits at the intersection of logistics, product, and operations, and will drive measurable impact by reducing customs holds, speeding up transit times, and lowering the operational lift required to support compliance.
Think of this as a central node across multiple teams: you’ll work closely with engineering, compliance, global trade, and operations to ensure our compliance offerings are reliable, efficient, and evolving with our clients' needs.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives in technical environments, loves making complex systems hum, and is comfortable context-switching between customer conversations and deep product problem-solving.
What you'll do:
Own and evolve our suite of compliance products, partnering with engineering, operations, and compliance teamsMaintain a clear and organized roadmap across multiple workstreamsSeek out clever ways to improve customs clearance reliability and reduce frictionTriage and troubleshoot compliance issues with urgency and clarityDocument products for both internal stakeholders and external usersBe the go-to expert in your area—and the person others call when things get weirdOccasionally hack together an MVP solution to unblock the team or customer
What we're looking for:
You don’t need to tick every box to apply—but here’s what a strong candidate might bring:3–4 years of professional experience, including 1+ in product management or a similar roleComfort working with engineers and discussing technical tradeoffsSQL fluency and familiarity with modern APIs/web servicesA nose for customer insights—especially from messy or incomplete dataBasic UX instincts and an understanding of product development frameworksA bias for action, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to unblock progressExperience in eCommerce, logistics, or B2B products is a plusStrong communication skills—you know how to bring people along with you
