Recognized degree in nursing , or a social work degree.
Must have a current practicing registration with their professional association
Degree in Human Services/Health Sciences or related field

Knowledge of theories, concepts, intervention strategies for case mgmt practice
Advocacy, negotiation, crisis management and conflict resolution
Substitute Decision Maker Act, Community Care Branch Ministry of Health
