Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections on incoming components, in-process components, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing and the PMO teams
Other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education in quality or related discipline considered an asset
Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a custom machining environment
CMM programming experience is a must.
Familiarity with Zeiss Calypso software is a huge asset.
Knowledge of optical 3D scan metrology software such as Zeiss ATOS is an asset
Proficient in using GD&T concepts in manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO9001:2015/AS9100D
Proficiency in using inspection tools and measurement equipment.
Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
