Temporary position for 12 months. As an investigations analyst, you help apply tactics, techniques and procedures for investigations, inquiries, liaisons and information to a wide range of administrative and security intelligence collection tools and processes. You assist with in-depth case analyses and ongoing monitoring. You analyze issues or situations related to suspicious and fraudulent transactions, personal information security and assets protection or crisis management. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help prepare opinions and implementation plans according to your discipline's rules. You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and work processes. You draw on your comprehensive knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You provide support to your assigned clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to: Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support decision-making for file processing. Help analyze risks. Prepare reports detailing research and verification performed. Help implement recommendations in keeping with regulatory and legal requirements applicable to Desjardins Group. Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with recognized rules and parameters. Help develop, update and implement policies, procedures, standards and tools for your line of work.
