As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of an energetic and dedicated team that provides essential IT support for our TELUS Health Clinics nationally. You'll focus on system troubleshooting, user support, documentation, and data analysis to help optimize our healthcare technology operations.
What you’ll do
In a leadership capacity, you will support a high-performing team accountable for:
Assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Supporting the implementation of system improvements and updates
Providing technical assistance and support to users
Creating and maintaining system documentation and standard operating procedures
Participating in testing activities and quality assurance processes
Generating regular operational reports and basic data analytics
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues
Helping monitor system performance and identify potential improvements
Assisting in maintaining system configurations and updates
Documenting and tracking system issues and enhancement requests
What you bring
Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities
Good communication skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders
1-3 years of experience in systems analysis or related role
Familiarity with healthcare technology systems is an asset
Knowledge of basic project management concepts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field an asset
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure an asset
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare technology systems and industry regulations an asset
Bilingual (English/French) mandatory
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
