The incumbent supports manager and all other managers by performing various administrative support and secretarial duties. More specifically, you will be required to: Provide support and follow-up to business centre managers and all other managers with agendas, calls, email and mail. Coordinate the delivery of a variety of files to the management and coordinating committees, as well as any other committees. Organize and attend a variety of meetings, such as management committee meetings. Organize and attend a variety of meetings, such as management committee meetings. Record the proceedings and minutes and perform follow-ups as necessary. Help plan the logistics for a variety of events, including team and committee meetings, training seminars, phone conferences, travel and PR activities. Support internal and external communications initiatives for the business centre, such as employee meetings and marketing and promotional activities (e.g., donations and sponsorships). Perform a variety of administrative tasks associated with internal management (e.g., sales tracking, dashboard, expense account monitoring, inventory and supply management, employee files, performance evaluations, billing, budget management). Manage documents and update files for the business centre as a whole (e.g., filing, purging and archiving) according to practices and rules in effect. Perform a variety of secretarial duties including writing, formatting, updating, creating, assembling and editing documents for the business centre as a whole. Assist the business centre manager and all other managers with research, procedural and IT tasks.
