As a Wealth Management Assistant with the Signature Outaouais Service, you play a key support role for an advisor or a team of advisors by handling all administrative and operational tasks related to the 360° service offering, including securities investments. Your role involves implementing, from an operational and transactional perspective, the solutions proposed by wealth management advisors. You demonstrate leadership by taking charge of member and client requests, managing and processing their daily transactions, and resolving various administrative situations while upholding our high standards of quality. You coordinate and prepare communications between members and clients, their wealth management advisors, and expert partners. Your regular and privileged contact with clients requires you to be proactive and anticipate future events. You take appropriate actions and monitor the evolving needs of members and clients. Strong interpersonal skills are essential in this role. Your actions aim to meet client needs, ensure their full satisfaction, and contribute to business growth. You leverage your results-oriented mindset while ensuring sound risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies.
