Le conseiller(ère) en architecture de solution intégrateur devra travailler conjointement avec tous les autres spécialiste en architecture de solution intégrateur. Il y a aussi une collaboration attendue avec nos clients, les Product Managers et Product owners de nos équipes. Responsabilités Réaliser les documents et produire les présentations des différents scénarios à envisager à mettre en place ou à intégrer afin de répondre aux besoins des clients ou d’affaires; Selon le besoin ou le secteur, agir à titre de référence pour les solutions d’intégration TI, que ce soit au niveau des progiciels ou applications maison; Communiquer à la fois avec les ressources techniques et les ressources d’affaires afin de comprendre les exigences techniques et d’affaires pour les dossiers hors portefeuille; Proposer une stratégie d’intégration de ses dossiers aux dirigeants, à l’architecte d’entreprise du secteur, aux architectes de solution intégrateur en charge la mise en œuvre de la stratégie approuvée; Animer et participer aux rencontres (internes, fournisseurs, autres) nécessaires à la réalisation de son travail; Agir à titre de leader en soutenant les différents architectes (affaires, développement, solution et autres Conseiller(ère) en architecture de solution intégrateur) dans la résolution de problématiques et d’enjeux en lien avec l’intégration. Qualifications Posséder un baccalauréat en informatique ou l’équivalent; Posséder un minimum de 15 ans d’expérience en technologie de l’information; Posséder un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience à la participation de conception de solution ou d’intégration de progiciels; Posséder un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience diversifié en analyse, modélisation, développement et intégration de solution logicielle; Avoir participé à la réalisation de projets en mode agile et avoir des connaissances des Framework Agile tel que SCRUM, Kanban, autres; Avoir participé à des projets d’agilité à l’échelle tel SAFE, LESS, DAD (est un atout); Connaissance d’Enterprise Architect et d’Archimate (est un atout); Avoir participé à la réalisation de projets d’intégration (est un atout); Maîtriser la langue française tant parlée qu’écrite; Pouvoir participer à des rencontres et discussions en anglais avec nos partenaires qui sont situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
