He/she will ensure the traceability of needs, from the definition of business initiatives to the deployment of recommended technological solutions. The incumbent will act as a true strategic advisor to the various business sectors, and as a liaison between the different teams in the Information Technology Vice-Presidency responsible for implementing, supporting and improving solutions. The analyst will support sectors in defining and analyzing business needs that can potentially be addressed by existing technological solutions or that will be subject to a tendering process for selection and implementation. Primary Responsibilities Support business sectors in implementing various initiatives to achieve prioritized strategic objectivesUnderstand the business context it will support, so as to identify the impact of process and solution evolution on the organization's operationsCarry out the various stages of the demand management process Analyze current business processes and define future business processesIdentify, analyze, document, prioritize and validate the organization's business needs and requirementsCollaborate with IT architects and functional analysts to identify solutions and transform functional requirements into technical specificationsContribute to change managementFacilitate product and service implementation while ensuring that the advertised value is metContribute to the development of the test strategy and define the acceptance test planWork in collaboration with the Operational Excellence department, which undertakes continuous improvement initiatives related to the quality systemSupport the business sector during the deployment of new processes, tools or technological solutions Skills and competencies required?
