Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist Company: Boeing Canada Operations Ltd Boeing Canada Winnipeg is seeking an experienced or senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst reporting to the General Manager. This position supports operations and is located onsite working out of our Winnipeg Canada site. This role supports a cross functional team in a highly visible and dynamic environment focused on improving site level initiatives that improve the business. Candidate must be proactive, results oriented, willing to take on challenging assignments, and have the ability to lead multiple priorities in a matrix organizational structure. Position Responsibilities, but are not limited to: The position requires strong communication and teaming skills along with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including the ability to provide high level key messages and summaries to various leaders at all levels. Candidate must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and on the shop floor. Must be adaptive to change. Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations. Support the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general supervision. Support General Manager and other senior leaders This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 4+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment 4+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Must be legally able to work in Canada Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience): 6+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment 6+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership Ability to create/improve processes and procedures to increase efficiencies Strong communication skills Strong customer service desire and skill set Additional Information: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada.
