Your Role as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a key role in enabling financial clarity and decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly support Dialogue’s strategic objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering. This is a high-visibility role with strong exposure to the C-suite, and the broader executive team.You'll work at the intersection of strategy and finance — shaping business direction through actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead monthly and quarterly forecasts, and support the annual budgeting process for board approval
Build and maintain financial models, including our 5-year strategic growth plan
Analyze performance vs. budget and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Partner with department heads to help align spending with forecasts and optimize financial outcomes
Support special projects tied to strategic initiatives and corporate development
We'd Love to Hear from You If
4+ years of hands-on FP&A experience, ideally in mid-sized or high-growth companies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence non-financial stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
CPA or CFA designation (or in progress)
Experience in corporate development, investment banking, or equity research
Formal financial modeling training
