You will
Champion, create and uphold our ERP system structure for the Estimating department
Support Estimating, Sales and Interior Design teams by ensuring product and option availability throughout the platform
Ability to troubleshoot and rectify option and product related issues for the operational teams
Comfortable training others and leading cross-functional team training sessions
Manage data consistency and structure in our database
Assist in creating new products and options to support estimating production and ensure they are developed in an accurate and efficient manner
Create systematic solutions to support operational needs
Be the voice of the business and work closely with IS team
Manage external relationships and internal customers
Create system process documentation and training materials
Assist in identifying key data points for report creation
Be a key member and role model in ongoing Newstar development and projects
Interact and provide recommendations to the Senior Management team
You have
Minimum 5 years experience working with Constellation/Newstar platform (must)
A good understanding of Newstar workflows and system requirements
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Priority will be given to candidates with a strong Purchasing/Estimating background, working within the Newstar environment
A team spirit attitude
Strong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented
