Duties include greeting the public, answering questions, providing funeral and cremation information and other related topics, answering phones courteously with a goal to meet or exceed customer expectations. Duties must be performed consistent with company mission, values, and adherence to company policies and procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Performs day-to-day administrative duties including but not limited to scheduling meetings, filing, making copies, arranging travel and completing expense reports for management team. Receives incoming telephone calls and assists callers with any questions or comments, directs calls to appropriate team members. Maintains office and kitchenette supplies as well as fax machines, copiers and network printers positioned for general use within the team. Provides back-up support to specific administrative positions as assigned by management. May serve as Receptionist to greet and receive client families and or other persons entering the office for information and assistance. Assists with research and analysis of budget, time and attendance or other information regarding the team. Provides support in the reporting of reconciliation payments, period end processing, deposit reconciliation, account reconciliation, inventory maintenance of assets. Maintains a friendly attitude offering assistance and guidance to all persons entering the location.
