Official Internal Job Title: Account Manager - Commercial Insurance Status: Regular Job Description: Sous l’autorité immédiate du directeur principal développement des affaires, le titulaire collabore activement à la réalisation du plan d’action du développement de l’assurance des entreprises. Il est responsable de développer les ventes et d’entretenir des relations d’affaires privilégiées auprès des prospects et d’assurés détenant un ensemble de portefeuilles d’assurances d’envergures et complexes ; il renseigne et conseille les assurés quant à leurs besoins particuliers. Grace à son implication dans le milieu des affaires de sa région, il assure une présence stratégique de Beneva afin de saisir et de développer les opportunités d’affaires pouvant correspondre aux cibles visées. Le titulaire participe avec les autres services de l’entreprise et du Groupe financier, au développement des partenariats d’affaires avec les entreprises de son milieu. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Faire la promotion des produits d’assurance des entreprises auprès des compagnies et d’organisation ciblés. Exploiter et participer à diverses activités et opportunités de représentation d’affaires en s’impliquant dans différents organismes, associations d’entreprises et regroupement d’affaires. Agir comme expert dans le développement de nos marchés, fixation d’atteinte aux objectifs et analyse du marché. Participer à l’élaboration des plans stratégiques qui permettent de réaliser les différents objectifs fixés par l’organisation. Élaborer et proposer (en collaboration avec son supérieur) un plan d’affaires en fonction des objectifs de développement qui lui sont fixés annuellement et la mise en place du plan d’action. Visiter les installations des entreprises de grande envergure qui offrent des opportunités d’affaires pour l’organisation. Participer avec la direction assurance des entreprises dans les différentes activités de développement. Vos talents et vos qualifications : Posséder un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience à titre d’agent en assurance des entreprises. Détenir et posséder un permis d’agent en assurance de dommage émis par l’Autorité des marchés financiers.
