Rattaché au Manager Logistique, vous superviser une équipe d’agents logistiques dans l’organisation des manutentions, du stockage et du suivi de l’inventaire magasin. DESCRIPTIF DE POSTE Contexte/Environnement du poste : Rattaché au Manager Logistique, vous superviser une équipe d’agents logistiques dans l’organisation des manutentions, du stockage et du suivi de l’inventaire magasin. Responsabilités : Animer des rencontres d’équipe (Planification et SST) Assurer la transition entre les quarts de travail Superviser les opérations Logistique du quart de jour et soir Répondre aux demandes urgentes des ordonnancements Remonter les situations à risque Suivi des KPI et activité Gate Qualité Résolution de problématique Toutes autres tâches connexes PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Entre 3 à 5 années d’expérience. Connaitre les flux logistiques, comprendre la planification de production ; Connaissance de MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel et Google SAP un atout) ; Savoir gérer et travailler en équipe ; Savoir interagir avec des clients (production) ; Autonomie, capacité d’adaptation, savoir être structuré et réactif ; This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
