Working within the Strategy, Planning and Delivery team, you will partner across the business to ensure smooth transitions, drive operational improvements, and support the execution of our long-term strategy — all while helping us build a safer, more connected, and sustainable WA. This role is offered on an initial Full Time, 12month Maximum Term Contract. What you will be doing: Supporting the alignment and execution of RAC’s strategic and operational change initiatives. Leading working groups to validate delivery approaches and support successful transition-to-operations. Developing cost, timeline, and risk estimates for business cases and change initiatives. Partnering with delivery leads, project managers, and business SMEs to integrate initiatives into everyday operations. Supporting regulatory, compliance, and service transition changes with a focus on readiness and adoption. Enhancing business performance reporting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What you will bring: Tertiary qualification in Business or IT Management Previous experience in change management, integration, or project delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across all levels. Experience in change transition planning, reporting, and operational readiness. Insurance industry experience is desirable. Experience with Power BI, Agile, SCRUM or LEAN methodologies is desirable What’s in it for you?
