Global Events Coordinator – Corporate & Executive Events
Deliver high-impact, executive-level experiences in this hybrid opportunity within the insurance industry. Leverage 5+ years of event planning expertise, project coordination skills, and budget management experience to support strategic initiatives across North America and Asia in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal executive events.
• Manage operational logistics and event registration processes.
• Create and distribute calendar invitations and registration websites.
• Contribute to event marketing tactics and communications.
• Track budgets and manage financial components of event execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate event documentation and post-event reporting.
• Support the execution of business-as-usual and strategic events across global time zones.
What you will need to succeed:
• University degree combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience, supported by a strong portfolio of successfully executed events.
• 5+ years of experience executing global corporate events from a corporate or agency background.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, high-visibility environments and managing unexpected on-site challenges.
• Strong financial acumen with experience tracking and managing event budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent research and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards and meeting deadlines.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to read a room, connect dots, and anticipate needs.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and service orientation.
• Experience working with C-suite executives is an asset.
• Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones is an advantage.
