Project Coordinator — PMO
Exciting 1-year hybrid opportunity in Toronto for an experienced professional with a background in IT project reporting, SharePoint management, and portfolio governance. This strategic role in the insurance industry offers exposure to enterprise-level initiatives, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the ETS PMO SharePoint site, including access control.
• Conduct Privileged Access Reviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Share onboarding documentation and maintain access permissions.
• Develop and maintain ETS PMO-specific guidelines and training materials.
• Ensure timesheet compliance and escalate as needed.
• Track ETS PMO training records.
• Review vendor staff performance.
• Coordinate and lead PMO team meetings.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and risk processes.
• Collaborate with Risk & Control Governance teams.
• Provide risk management status updates and maintain a lessons-learned database.
• Maintain accurate and timely project reporting.
• Generate and distribute project status updates and reports.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• PMP certification or other relevant certifications are an asset.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, reporting, or portfolio support.
• Proficiency in SharePoint management and JIRA.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.
• Solid understanding of process management principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PowerAutomation is a plus.
• Background in portfolio governance or risk management is preferred.
