Job Description: Summer Intern - Implementation of Adverse Event and Product Complaint Power App Tool We are seeking a motivated and innovative summer intern to assist in the implementation of a new adverse event and product complaint Power App tool. This tool will replace the existing PDF form, making it easier for field-based employees to use. This project aligns with Lilly's plan for innovation and adopting new technologies to better achieve our goals. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various functions within Lilly Canada and internationally. Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues internationally to obtain implementation steps, technical support, and shared learnings. Follow the implementation steps in a timely manner and adhere to our procedures. Ensure that all related SOPs are updated on time. Ensure that the new tool is linked on Lillynow. Create training slides and post them on SuccessFactors for all Lilly employees. Conduct a pilot project with a sample of Lilly sales representatives. Organize general training sessions with the help of the training team to review the tool with employees, answer questions, and promote the importance of reporting adverse events. Expected Outcomes By the end of the internship, the intern is expected to have successfully implemented the new Power App tool, ensuring it is fully functional and integrated within Lilly's systems. The intern will have facilitated training sessions and ensured that employees are well-informed about the tool and its benefits. Additionally, the intern will have contributed to updating SOPs and linking the tool on Lillynow. Opportunity for Collaboration This project provides a great opportunity for cross-functional and international collaboration within Lilly. The intern will work closely with colleagues from various departments and regions, gaining valuable insights and experience in a global organization. Location: This is a hybrid role – onsite presence at our Toronto office will be 10 days or more per month (or at least 50% of the time), determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs. Duration: This is a two-month internship beginning in June 16, 2025 Qualifications: Enrolled in University/ College program – ongoing and/or defined post-graduate internship as defined by academic program| related discipline preferred). To be eligible for this role, you must be a student returning to full time studies in the fall or required to complete a co-op/internship in order to fulfill a program requirement.
