Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to OSFI E21 and B10 regulations. Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in the design and implementation of frameworks and processes for Third Party Risk Management. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions to enhance regulatory compliance and risk management. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders. Support project teams in the development and execution of test plans to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust strategies and processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance and risk management projects. Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of OSFI E21 and B10 regulatory requirements. Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management governance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements and process flows. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CRISC) are a plus.
