MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming
languages.
- Experience with generative AI and back-end development.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Experience in AI Quality developing.
- Experience with Conversational AI technologies.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable products and
services for external customers.
- Experience building products leveraging AI technologies, particularly Large
Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of web front-end technologies for rapid UI prototyping.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows for data analysis and insight
extraction. As well as AI Agents, tools, and connectors to enable integration
with supporting infrastructure and services.
- Source, curate, and prepare evaluation datasets; develop and implement
metrics; and evaluate the AI performance.
- Build back-end services, such as product catalog processing and clustering.
- Scope, design, and implement infrastructure components to ensure service
reliability.
- Collaborate with external customers and cross-functional stakeholders to
ensure alignment and successful delivery.
