Your focus will be on operational coordination, process enhancement, and systems support that together empower frontline teams to perform at their best. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to support the deployment of critical tools and ensure that day-to-day operations run seamlessly. This role will champion the optimization of internal workflows, the adoption of new technologies, and ensuring that Licensed Insurance Advisors have the tools, training, and insights needed to deliver an exceptional client experience. By acting as a connector across departments and translating business requirements into practical solutions, you will help shape the future of how our insurance teams engage with clients, manage sales pipelines, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Liaise with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and adoption of new technologies. Develop and execute end-to-end testing strategies for new product or process rollouts. Represent the business in project meetings to ensure smooth delivery and adoption. Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and track project milestones. Analyze current workflows to identify and drive process improvements. Support CRM, reporting, and telephony user testing and updates. Provide support to Licensed Insurance Advisors Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to CRM, telephony, and system access. Support the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge bases to ensure relevant and usable content. Support change management best practices, including stakeholder and gap analysis. Partner with stakeholders on campaign execution and tool enhancements. Generate CRM reports to support funnel management and performance visibility. Support in creation and roll out of quality audits. Assist in onboarding new team members. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in business operations, enablement, or insurance support roles. Experience supporting a sales organization, preferably in insurance. Strong knowledge of individual insurance products and sales processes. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, telephony systems, PowerBI and CRM systems such as Salesforce. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
