Position: Senior Maintenance Supervisor Reports to: Maintenance Manager
We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team! Our Senior Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance assignments are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.

Experience
You have a Bachelors in Engineering, Red Seal Millwright/Electrician or relate discipline
You have at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or a similar role in the food manufacturing industry
Nice-to-Have
5th Class Steam Engineering certification

things you will do…
Organize maintenance work assignments within appropriate timeframes and stay within allocated budget
Set-up, maintain, and supervise preventative maintenance systems, inspection routines, scheduling, training and more
Coordinate contractors’ activities and uphold communication with stakeholders as needed
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and safety objectives
Strive for zero incidents and ensure a people centered safety culture exists within the department
Perform audits of in-process and closed work orders and track spare parts inventory
