As Direct Insurance, Commercial Lines Division, you will be responsible for mandates aimed at transforming certain processes and practices within our area. Your role involves analyzing the context and business needs of the client as part of key initiatives or projects that support growth and evolution. You will co-create, design, and recommend business solutions. You will analyze their impact on the organization and ensure their integration—from the needs definition stage to the implementation of changes in operations. The nature of the initiatives and projects requires broad knowledge in your field. You will play a key role in promoting initiatives that help us better serve our entrepreneurial member-clients and achieve our growth potential—becoming the 5th largest commercial property and casualty insurer in Canada by 2030! In addition to supporting various sponsors and managers, you will be part of the high-performing agile C-Lean squad, responsible for the continuous improvement of our sector.
