MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a data, BI, or related role.
- Experience in SQL and designing and implementing data pipelines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Looker modeling, visualizations, data governance.
- Experience with process and pipeline optimization, including with AppsScript,
Python, or GenAI tools.
- Knowledge of Support in an enterprise Cloud business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using SQL to extract, transform,
and load data from various sources into our Cloud Support data warehouse.
- Develop and maintain Support’s Looker modeling, using LookML to build
scalable BI solutions for the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Cloud Support organization to
understand their data needs and translate them into effective analytical
solutions.
- Manage and maintain the data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accuracy,
and accessibility.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting and data processes,
improving efficiency and scalability within Cloud Support.
