The medicine team consists of four specialists, an intern, and two full-time nurses. We work closely with the ECC and Surgery departments to optimise care for all our patients.Internal Medicine is an interesting and challenging discipline which allows you to take your nursing skills and knowledge, gained in general practice, to the next level. We investigate and treat complex cases, utilising a range of advanced diagnostic tests and equipment. As a nurse in the medicine department, you will be able to focus on providing high level care for a small number of hospitalised patients, good communication with clients and vets and expanding your knowledge of medical conditions and tests as well as learning to use and maintain advanced diagnostic equipment.About CARECARE is unique in its approach to patient care and outcomes.
