What you’ll do:
Cut, trim, debone and prepare standard cuts of meat according to specifications
Wrap, label and package prepared meats
Respond to all customer inquiries regarding different cuts, serving sizes and other product related questions in a courteous and well-informed manner
Ensure all equipment is clean, well maintained and fully operational
Perform duties in compliance with established health and safety regulations
Assist other departments as needed, including unloading freight and stocking shelves
Other duties, as assigned

Who you are and what you have:
Enthusiastic approach to work with strong leadership skills
Availability to work on a very flexible schedule (Morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends)
Practical working knowledge of daily retail operations
Able to work independently and in a team
Can handle cool temperatures, and heavy lifting may be required, up to 50lbs
Must be 18 years of age or older
Available to work on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Previous Meat Cutting experience is required, previous retail experience is an asset
