Walmart Expertise: Deep understanding of Walmart's systems (Retail Link, Scintilla) and familiarity with their organizational structure and planning cycles. Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, financial literacy (forecasting, ROI analysis, RGM), and ability to analyze data (scan, shipment, syndicated (i.e. Nielsen)). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) and strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives and customer programs. Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking: Comfort with data platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and ability to translate data into compelling stories. Relationship Building & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility, with clear and confident communication abilities (written and verbal). Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus) with 3-5 years in sales (CPG preferred) and 2+ years managing Walmart. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Retail Link, Excel, and sales analytics tools; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Travel: Ability to come to the office 2 times a week and attend customer meetings, as required. Bonus Requirement: Experience navigating Walmart's omni-channel landscape.
