Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across

ABOUT THE JOB:
gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to
optimize outsourced operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency
through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate for
informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the
right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes,
minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the extended workforce (xW)
experience. We ensure Google's policies and guidelines are consistently adhered
to.
The Partner Engagement team represents the extended workforce solutions to
product areas. We build essential relationships with Alphabet product areas, and
the Global Procurement Office (GPO) to deliver the policies and guidelines of
managing extended workforce in a consistent and scaled way across the
enterprise. Our mission is to facilitate extended workforce success, help teams
manage compliance, build resilient operations, and promote durable cost savings.
We prioritize understanding the product area needs to develop solutions that
address their specific challenges.
In this role, you'll need a demonstrated history of stakeholder/account
management/business partnership, a commitment to team culture, and exceptional
cross-functional collaboration skills. You must be comfortable navigating
ambiguity, provide clarity, and focus on results that optimize Google's extended
workforce operations. You'll directly shape Google's strategy in this space,
impacting regulatory, commercial, and operational decision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain deep expertise in key project initiatives and be the point
of contact for the broader team. Support executive decision makers to ensure
projects meet the needs across the Alphabet.
- Drive program strategy to ensure strong go-to-market plans. Conduct
partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy. Drive managing
partner engagement and relationships by tracking business metrics and
insights.
- Collaborate with business partners to build deep understanding of product
areas and decision-maker business objectives, operation model, structure,
demand and capacity needs.
- Support business partner success by sharing understanding of cost-saving
strategies and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Develop scalable materials codifying extended workforce solutions program
details, key stakeholders and impact analysis to educate Business Partners,
Product Areas and stakeholders. Manage feedback repository, identifying
trends and critical requests.
