We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social and Programmatic Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, and managing social and display advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role calls for a strategic problem solver with a strong analytical approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple parties. This role is integral to Manulife in-housing campaign setup, quality assurance, measurement and execution. You will be It involved in understanding how customers interact with marketing efforts, from first contact to long-term engagement, and using that information to improve the overall customer experience and marketing results across the enterprise. Position Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage campaigns: Build and complete advertising campaigns across various platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Apply historical data and market trends to predict future campaign performance. Improve the distribution of the budget across different campaigns to increase return on investment. Continuous improvement: Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust campaigns and improve results. Performance metrics: Prioritize key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Required Qualifications: Develop, implement, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms – The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve critical metrics and return on investment targets. Analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign efficiency. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives. Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to improve campaign reach and relevance.
