Votre analyse fine des situations particulières et vos recommandations joueront un rôle déterminant dans la réussite des projets ayant un impact direct sur les opérations de la vice-présidence exécutive. Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes : Participer à l’administration et à la configuration du système intégré Workday ainsi que d’autres systèmes financiers Contribuer à la maintenance et à l’amélioration continue des plateformes pour garantir leur performance et conformité Prendre part aux mises à jour des systèmes et aux déploiements de nouvelles fonctionnalités, assurant une adaptation fluide aux besoins évolutifs Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour aligner les solutions technologiques avec les objectifs d’affaires Travailler en partenariat avec différents départements sur des projets impactant les opérations financières Participer à la révision et au suivi des politiques et procédures encadrant la gouvernance des systèmes financiers Surveiller la performance des systèmes et recueillir les retours utilisateurs afin d’optimiser l’expérience et la qualité des services Agir en tant que personne-ressource sur Workday et autres systèmes financiers auprès des équipes de la vice-présidence exécutive Vos talents et qualifications : Baccalauréat en administration, systèmes d’information ou dans un domaine lié au poste Connaissance des systèmes intégrés d’informations financières (ERP) et des outils bureautiques courants Connaissance de la solution Workday (modules financiers) et de l’outil JIRA (un atout) Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en opérations comptables et en processus d’affaires financiers Maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise #S2 #LI-Hybrid Beneva is an equal opportunity employer, so we encourage all Women, persons with disabilities, Indigenous people as well as visible and ethnic minorities to apply.
