• 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• On-site work in a dynamic environment.
• Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
• Load and unload packages by hand or skid using material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Place orders via an Oracle procurement system
• Provide customers with quotes from approved vendors
• Quality check incoming orders
• Complete end to end buying process – monitor orders placed, follow up on approval process and complete receipting
• Respond to vendors inquiries
• Work with Marsh & McLennan’s Procurement team on any supplier issues
• Other tasks as assigned - office supply stocking and backfill of other roles
