As a Lincoln Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience throughout their ownership journey. You will be responsible for anticipating and fulfilling the needs of our Lincoln vehicle owners, creating a memorable and personalized service that reflects the luxury and sophistication of the Lincoln brand. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for Lincoln vehicle owners, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
