What to Expect:
The Supply Chain Analyst will support management of customer non-compliance fines, focusing on prevention, validation, identification of focus areas, trend analysis and root cause analysis, for Nestle Canada. This role will be the digital point person for customer supply chain team (to support automation & analytics and creation and maintenance of customer specific internal & external scorecard/dashboard, presentation deck, and other analyses.
A day in the life:
Validate submitted customer fines and challenge
Provide back-up to customer to reduce the fines in a timely manner
Provide monthly projection of non-compliance fines to finance
Validation of Claims and Deductions to ensure invalid deductions are disputed in a timely manner with customer
Provide visibility to leadership through monthly presentation deck for internal and external communication. Automate where possible and make the deck available in a timely manner
Develop, enhance, and maintain customer specific scorecard/dashboard to support timely decision making.
Interact with Engage Advance Business Intelligence team where necessary for support in the development of the tools
Review Distribution Center to store service level and provide insight/recommendation for improvement
Role Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, physical logistics, demand/supply planning or other areas of supply chain.
University Degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or logistics
Demonstrable record of success in supply/value chain optimization
Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly developed organizational, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qlikview, Power BI
Preferred Skills
Ability to build relationships with colleagues internally and externally
Working Knowledge of SAP, BW, Trade Insight is an asset.
