WHAT YOU’LL DO Reporting to the Director, HR, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inquiries pertaining to payroll, benefits and pension, recruitment, onboarding, and HR policies & procedures. Manage the HR general inbox and organize/filter content as necessary. Assist with drafting employment verification letters and other letters as required. Participate in pre-screen interviews during large scale hiring activity. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to provide monthly and quarterly reports regarding the trends arising from employee inquiries and concerns. Create/produce ad hoc reports as requested. Assist with HR/Recruitment initiatives as needed by the business. Effectively develop and maintain working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key representative of the Human Resources department by providing excellent customer service in all avenues of communication. Address all inquiries utilizing critical thinking skills to determine the actual inquiry or the underlying issue and to appropriately respond or escalate the inquiry. WHAT YOU’VE DONE Some post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resources. One to three years in a coordinator / administrative support role is preferred.
