Within this data-rich environment, the Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing plays a critical role in shaping our digital strategy by transforming data into insights that drive growth and engagement. Working across all digital channels (website, mobile app, kiosks, third-party delivery, outdoor menu boards), this position will generate insights, lead digital sales reporting routines, and collaborate with franchisees to enhance digital business performance in the Canada region. Responsibilities: Digital Metrics & Sales Reporting: Collaborate with IT teams and franchisees to ensure visibility and accuracy of digital business metrics across the LAC region. Lead digital sales routines by consolidating data from LAC countries and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance. Forecasting & Analysis: Develop monthly and annual digital sales forecasts aligned with different business strategies. Provide timely, accurate analyses on digital sales and marketing programs, including growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycle activations, for senior leadership and stakeholders. Dashboard Optimization & Reporting: Create and optimize dashboards that integrate multiple data sources (e.g., traffic, conversion funnels, customer lifecycle) to deliver actionable insights to both internal and external audiences. Franchisee Collaboration & Digital Growth: Partner with franchisees to leverage digital drivers and maximize digital sales, supporting business growth across the region. Testing & ROI Measurement: Design and conduct tests, measuring impacts with a results-driven approach in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Measure ROI of various digital initiatives to inform future strategic opportunities. Technology Partnership: Collaborate with Consumer Tech and IT teams to integrate emerging technology and achieve customer experience and business objectives. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Statistics, or a Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel. Ability to synthesize insights from large datasets and communicate them effectively. Data-driven with a passion for understanding customer behavior and business results. Start-up mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a lean team. Highly curious, proactive learner, staying updated on digital trends. Working knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech ecosystem, CDP, Web Analytics, Data Visualization) is a plus.
