The Access IT Administrative Department is the single point of contact for all Desjardins IT users. It handles incidents, service requests and access requests in an efficient and professional manner. It provides independent, modern IT support adapted to user needs while managing the life cycle of office equipment in a secure and eco-friendly way. As a senior IT support services operational efficiency advisor, you report to the Operations Performance and Development Department. You will play a leadership role in a range of continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes, tools and practices to increase efficiency, improve the user experience and strengthen employee engagement. This role requires expertise in operational efficiency, process optimization and initiative coordination.
